Father Patrick Peyton, CSC, "The Rosary Priest," moved to the US from Ireland as a young man, and entered the seminary for the Congregation of Holy Cross at Notre Dame University. While at seminary, he was healed from tuberculosis through the Blessed Mother’s intervention.
In gratitude, he founded The Family Rosary in 1942 and Family Theater Productions in 1947.
