What is the status on my order?
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your order has been received. You will also receive an email to let you know when your order has shipped.
You may also check on the status of your order at any time by:
- Logging into your Account Info. The Account Information tab is at the top right of any page of this eStore

Can I change or cancel my order?

Do I need a discount code to place an order?
No.
What is a discount code?
A discount code represents a special promotion. If you are responding to a mailing, advertisement, email, etc., the discount code will be noted so that you can enter it when checking out to receive the special price or offer.
Do you offer discounts to schools, parishes or religious organizations?
Yes. If this is your first order, please contact us at 1-800-299-7729 or OrderDepartment@hcfm.org to open an account. We will assign you a 15% discount rate and login credentials to make online shopping easy.
Can I place an order as a gift?
Yes. Please use your own account information for billing but change the shipping address when checking out. You will also find a gift message box on that same screen when checking out. We will print that message for you and place it in the package. A copy of the invoice will not be shipped with the order but will be mailed to you separately.
Important shipping information
Orders are processed during our regular office hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5 pm. We are closed on weekends and holidays. Items that are in stock usually ship within 1 – 2 business days. Back-ordered items may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
How are the shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are based on the dollar amount of your order and the shipping method you select. You will be able to see an estimate of the shipping rates as you are shopping and then review the final shipping costs as you complete the order at the checkout. If you have any questions on shipping rates, please contact us.
How do I return an item(s)?
You may always return a product you purchased from us. Please contact us at 1-800-299-7729 or from outside of the US at 011-508-238-4095 or OrderDepartment@hcfm.org before you ship anything back.

Do you have a reseller program?
Yes. We are first and foremost a ministry. Resellers help us share our mission and therefore, are very important to us. We make it very easy for resellers. This program began with a Rosary campaign to send 1 million Rosaries to Russia. Since the campaign began in September 1991 we have sent approximately 20 million Rosaries to families, schools, parishes on every continent.
The importance of having Rosaries to encourage families to pray together, especially the praying of the Rosary, is greatly needed in our world today. Help us to share the words of our ministry’s founder, Servant of God Father Patrick Peyton, CSC, so that these words will echo in the hearts of families all over the world – The family that prays together stays together.
